    Great company and really good service by Tom & Dixie. They came on time and quickly figured out the drains for my recently purchased property, which wasn’t straightforward given it’s age. As requested, they cleaned around the drains themselves plus cleared blockages through before putting down CCTV probe throughout to identify where problems lay as well as advise on works needed ahead of winter.     We used TCM drainage recently on a Sunday. We had a fairly serious problem with the connecting drains to several properties. We had used a company a year before for a lesser problem. TCM were outstanding. The man who came got on with what was clearly a difficult task without trying to sell us all kinds of add-ons. He succeeded in unblocking the drainage system after a grat deal of effort and time. He came somedistance and it was a Sunday. He spent over an hour on the job and charged considerably less than the previous company who were present for 10 mins and lost their tempers when we wouldn't go for further services. Thanks very much TCM Drainage. We cannot recommend them more highly.
